Meeting Venues
Meetings will be held at two different hotels: the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista (RAN/CT/SA3 Working Groups) and the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace (Other SA Working Groups). The hotels are located less than 10 minutes walking distance from each other. Rooms have been reserved at both hotels. The negotiated room rate is $250 + 12.5% tax for single and double occupancy and the cut-off date for reservations is either October 10 or October 16, 2024 or until the block is sold out. The mandatory daily resort fee has already been included in the room rate.

If registered 3GPP delegates are required to book through corporate travel vendors rather than using official registration link, room nights will count towards the room block but the negotiated room rate may not be available.
3GPP Meeting Registration
In addition to making your hotel reservation, delegates must also register to attend the meeting on the 3GPP online portal at https://portal.3gpp.org. For security purposes, 3GPP name badges MUST be worn at all times to be allowed into the meeting rooms. Information regarding badges will be distributed later.
Visa Invitation Letter Request
If a visa invitation letter is required for your travel to Orlando, please complete the following online form:

After you enter your personal information, the completed form will be automatically processed. Signed letters will be returned via email. The invitation letter cannot be completed without including your hotel information and confirmation number. Letters may take up to 14 working days to be processed. Please note, after October 20, 2024, hard copies of the invitation letter will not be physically sent. They will only be sent via email.
