ATIS is proud to host the 2025 3GPP Working Group Meetings in Dallas, Texas, where the leading experts in the information and communications telecommunications industry will convene to shape the industry’s future.

The 2025 3GPP Working Group Meetings will cover a wide range of topics, including SA (Service and System Aspects), CT (Core Network and Terminals), and RAN (Radio Access Network) — some of the most crucial areas in the ongoing development and standardization of mobile communication technologies.

The Sheraton Dallas Hotel will provide a comfortable and productivity-enhancing environment for this work. All attendees are encouraged to register today to seize this opportunity to collaborate with peers and contribute to developing critical industry standards.

Meeting Information

Meeting venues:

Sheraton Dallas Hotel, 400 Olive Street, Dallas, TX 75204, is in the center of downtown Dallas, nestled between the Dallas Historic District with its vibrant lineup of restaurants and local eateries and the Deep Ellum neighborhood, a place where the cultures of the world converge with arts, culture, food, and live music. The Dallas Arts District is the largest contiguous urban arts district in the nation and is a short walk away. The American Airlines Center, home to the Dallas Stars Hockey team and the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks, is only minutes away.

All RAN, CT, and SA meetings will occur at the Sheraton Hotel Conference Center. Overnight rooms have been reserved at a negotiated rate of $229 + 18.36% tax for single and double occupancy. The reservation cut-off date is October 24, 2025, or until the block is sold out.

Please make your reservations and stay at the meeting hotel. Staying at the Sheraton is vital to defraying meeting room rental costs. You can make a reservation by calling Marriott Reservations at 1 (888) 627-8191 or +1 (214) 922-8000.

If registered 3GPP delegates are required to book through corporate travel vendors rather than using the official registration link, room nights will count towards the room block, but the negotiated room rate may not be available.

3GPP Meeting Registration :

In addition to making their hotel reservations, delegates must register to attend the meeting on the 3GPP online portal at https://portal.3gpp.org. For security purposes, 3GPP name badges MUST be worn at all times to be allowed into the meeting rooms. Information regarding badges will be distributed later.

Visa Invitation Letter Request:

If a visa invitation letter is required for your travel to Dallas, please complete the following online form:

After you enter your personal information, the completed form will be automatically processed. Signed letters will be returned via email. The invitation letter cannot be completed without including your hotel information and confirmation number. Letters may take up to 14 working days to be processed. Please note that after October 15, 2025, hard copies of the invitation letter will not be physically sent. They will only be sent via email.

Alternatively, Dallas visa invitation letters can also be picked up at the following registration desks in Orlando on Thursday, November 21, before 7:00 PM or Friday, November 22, before 4:00 PM., provided the application is completed by Thursday, November 14, 2024, and you have checked the “Pick Up In Orlando” box.

Please complete the registration steps provided to confirm your attendance. Remember, registering in advance ensures your spot and helps us prepare for your participation.

Once registered, ensure you print out your name badge and bring it with you to the event, as it is mandatory for entry into the meeting rooms. Lanyards will be provided at registration and are required to be worn at all times.
