Hotel Information

The 3GPP Working Group Meetings will be held at two different hotels, the Hilton Chicago and the Palmer House Hilton. The hotels are located approximately 10 minutes walking distance from each other.

Room Rates and Reservations

• Hilton Chicago (RAN Working Groups): Rooms have been reserved at a negotiated rate of $249 + 17.4% tax for single and double occupancy. You can book your reservation online using the following link: Hilton Chicago Reservations – RAN Working Groups

Reservation Cut-off Date

The group rate is available until October 24, 2023, or until the block is sold out. Please note that rates are anticipated to be significantly higher after the cut-off date or once the room block is fully booked.

Hotel Reservation Cancellations

Please be aware that reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room fee plus tax.

Corporate Travel Vendors

If registered 3GPP delegates are required to book through corporate travel vendors rather than using the official registration link, room nights will count towards the room block, but the negotiated room rate may not be available.

Shipping Packages

If you plan to send packages to the hotel, please be aware that receiving, handling, and storage charges may apply. Delegates are responsible for any charges billed to their rooms. It is recommended to contact the hotel directly to check these charges before having anything shipped, such as items from Amazon, etc.
